We work within a number of colleges, primary and secondary schools in the London area, delivering various coaching programs for sports such as football, boxing, athletics, basketball and many more. We also provide PPA cover, mentoring programs and sports clubs

ONE TO ONE COACHING


We provide individual coaching sessions for a number of athletes and young fitness enthusiasts. Our clients range from academy footballers, aspiring amateur boxers, young people and children that wish to keep fit and learn new skills in the process. We design a completely bespoke program for all our one to one clients in order for them to attain their individual goals and targets.

COMMUNITY SESSIONS


As part of our commitment to fitness and continuous development of youth we have partnered up with various community centers, charities and schools, providing coach assisted sports programs, accessible to young people from local community.


COMMUNITY BOXING

Aged between 7 and 21? Come and take part in our Boxing Classes twice a week from 7pm – 9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Juniors session runs between 7pm – 8pm. Seniors session runs from 7pm – 9pm. All sessions are FREE and take place at Dalgarno Community Centre Dalgarno Way, London W10 5LE

FIT FOR LIFE BOXER PROGRAMME

Aged between 7 – 14 and interested in learning some boxing skills? or would like to get fit and healthy? Come to our boxing sessions every Friday from 4.30pm – 6pm at the Nottinghill Venture Centre Faraday House, 103a Wornington Rd, London W10 5YB all sessions are completely FREE
