Class Descriptions

  • HITT Classes

    High intensity interval training. Great for building stamina and burining calories. A varied range of excercises followed by short bouts of active recovery.

  • Open Gym

    Open gym is the opportunity to use the gym whilst there are no classes going. You can use the equipment and facilities at your own leisure. Either individually or with friends.

  • TABATA

    30 minute class broken into 8 different exercises, 20 seconds per exercise with 10 second rest in between each exercise.. A challenging and fun class with many benefits.

  • Boxing

    We have a wide range of boxing classes for all levels, beginner, amateur and professional. Our skilled and experienced boxing coaches are here to help you reach your goals.

  • E.M.O.M

    E.M.O.M stands for Every Minute On The Minute. A 30 minute class where you have one minute to complete a series of execises. Once you have completed that set of exercises you can rest for the remainder of the minute until the next set begins.

  • Beginners Kickboxing

    For ages 6 - 16 . This is a beginners class, teaching the fundamentals of Kicboxing improving the participants overall coordination, leg and hand strking. The session also aims to build the confidence of the participant.

  • Zumba

    A great fitness class which is perfect for burning calories by following fun dance moves led by the instructor dancing to different kinds of lively tunes. This class is free for North Kensington residents

  • Muay Thai and Kickboxing

    Learm the Muay Thai from our fantastic instructor he is skilled and experiennced in working with all levels. Muay Thai is a stand-up combat sport, that combines both boxing and kicking in one.
